Nitesha Allen-McQuay
Nitesha was born and raised in Baltimore City. She graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior High School, where she first began her training in Administration. Upon graduation, she was selected for an administrative assistant position that launched her administrative service career of over 20 years. She has also pursued various opportunities in the health and wellness field.
Nitesha has a passion for serving youth in the community. In 2010, she helped co-found the “Next Generation Marching Band” to create a healthy creative outlet for young people of South Baltimore. Ms. Allen-McQuay shows her passion for Jesus, families, and overall human wellness every day through her work. She considers herself truly blessed to have the opportunity to pursue her passions through organizing, volunteering, and partnering with a host of ministries and organizations.
